Paper Registration forms are available at the Township Office or at the Community Centre.
Please complete all required fields. Player Fees are $10/child for T-ball and Intro to 3Pitch and $30/Child for Novice, Intermediate, and Senior. Player fees all include a new team jersey and a meal ticket for Tournament Day.
All payments are due upon registration and can be paid in person at the Johnson Township Municipal Office at 1 Johnson Drive, Desbarats, ON P0R 1E0 or online by e-transfer to payments@johnsontownship.ca.
Registration Deadline: April 30th, 2024.
Team schedules will be emailed out in early May once we have confirmed numbers and coaches. Johnson Township reserves the right to change schedules and alter division age ranges based on registration numbers.
