Zoning By-Law Notice of Passing
The Township of Johnson has passed an amendment to update the comprehensive Zoning By-law to implement the updated Official Plan. The new By-law carries forth many of the provisions of the past Zoning By-law but includes new and updated definitions and general provisions, minor revisions to zone standards, and the consolidation of past amendments. The zone maps (schedules) to the by-law have also been updated. The comprehensive zoning by-law affects and applies to all properties in the Township of Johnson.
