Johnson Township 2026 Surface Treatment

~Gordon Lake Road, Diamond Lake Road & Old Soo Road~

The Municipality advises that surface treatment is scheduled to take place on July 16 and 17, weather permitting and subject to contractor availability, on the following roads:

• Gordon Lake Road – 1.10 km
• Diamond Lake Road – 1.30 km
• Old Soo Road – 101.29 m

To help protect the new road surface, residents are requested to avoid using the treated roads during the work and for 72 hours following completion with:

• Lugged-tire farm machinery and farm tractors
• Steel-wheeled vehicles
• ATVs and four-wheelers
• Horses, cattle, and other livestock

Motorists are reminded to drive according to road conditions, as there will be loose gravel, asphalt emulsion, and dust during and immediately following the surface treatment.

The Municipality thanks residents for their patience and cooperation while this important road maintenance is completed.
