Water & Sewer Rate increase as of July 1, 2026

Water and sewer billing is on a  monthly basics

Residental/Commercial Rates

Water meters are read at the first of each month and the resulting bills  state the usage for the previous month.  The bill is comprised of the flat rate plus any overages.

• Water – $71.90/month Residential –  based on 15 cubic meters per month

$82.40/month Commercial –  based on 15 cubic meters per  month

• Sewer – $31.45/month

As of July 1st  Water and Sewer rates will increase as below:

• Water –  $74.05/month Residential – based on 15 cubic meters per month

$84.85/month Commercial – based on 15 cubic meters per month

• Sewer – $32.40/month
