2026 Curtis Ford & Jocelyne Stevens Memorial Family Hockey Tournament
The annual Family Tournament will be taking place on, February 13-15, 2026.

About the Tournament:
The Family Tournament has been held in Desbarats for over 28 years honoring the legacy and memory of two local students Curtis Ford and Jocelyne Stevens, both students of CASS who lost their lives too early. As active members of sport and community the funds gathered go towards the Johnson Township Recreation Volunteer Award for a graduating CASS and CAES student. To be awarded to a student who displays commitment to community recreation and sport through volunteerism.
To honor their memory the games begin with 1 less player to acknowledge the lost players. After the first whistle, gameplay resumes with a full team. Tournament details are as follows:
- $600 Team Entry Fee for Competitive Division
- $360 Team Entry Fee for Women’s 3-on-3 Division
- Exhibition Games for Families and Seniors 55+
- The Johnson Township Community Centre Hall will be open during the Tournament and for after-Tournament Festivities.
- Copper Bean Canteen will be open during the tournament.
