Virtual Fishing Derby Winners and Appreciation
This year’s Annual Big Pike Family Fishing Derby had one small change- being a virtual one. This took lots of planning and co-ordination on behalf of our Johnson Recreation team. A big thanks goes out to you, the participants as well for entering and making this event a success.
This year there were some big catches! Our winner of first Prize is Zachary Schryer-Lefebvre who had the largest catch of 38 inches! He received the $500.00 cash prize, along with his name on the Fishing Derby Trophy. Congratulations on your win!
Our second place winner was Pentti Koskela, who came in close second with a 36 inch Pike. They received the second place prize of $250.00.
Finally, our third place winner was Andy Thomson who caught a 34 and a bit over 3/4 inch Pike, receiving the $125.00 third place cash prize.
Congratulations to you all!
