The Part-Time Events & Recreation Coordinator Position involves some of the following:

  • Planning of key annual events such as the Reg McHale Memorial Big Pike Fishing Derby, Desbarats Community Days, Family Day, Fun Day Winter Carnival, and Summer Sports Programs.
  • Delivery Community Driven Programs
  • Managing various recreational spaces throughout the township
