The Council of the Township of Johnson will be holding a Special Council Meeting on Tuesday, April 21, 2020 at 5:30 P.M.

While Council will deal with outstanding business, the Special Meeting is also being called to establish electronic meeting procedures that were the subject of recent updates to the Municipal Act through Bill 187; the Municipal Emergency Act.  The procedures will be put in place through an amendment to Procedural Bylaw – 2019-945.

It is the intention of the Township of Johnson to hold all meetings as electronic meetings until such time as the Provincial Emergency Order is lifted.  The Township will go back to its regular meeting schedule staring in May.  If the Provincial Emergency is still in place, these meetings will still be held electronically.

The electronic meetings will be held through Zoom Video Conferencing.  The April 21, 2020 meeting can be accessed starting at 5:30 PM using the following link;

All meeting agendas will continue to be posted as they have been in the past.

Please note that this will be the first time that video conferencing software will be used for a Township of Johnson Meeting.  We ask for your patience and understanding should any technical difficulties arise.
