Welcome Chris Wray, Johnson Township Clerk

Message from the Mayor – May 22/19

I am pleased to share with the residents of Johnson that on May 21, Council voted to extend an employment offer to Chris Wray to be the new Clerk for the Township of Johnson.  This is an exciting time for our township and we hope to conclude the remaining steps in the hiring process shortly.  Chris brings over 20 years of municipal government experience and has been employed as a CAO, Clerk and Treasurer with other municipal governments.

“I am very pleased to be in Johnson to assist Council and the staff in progressing the community forward. There are some exciting opportunities that will keep all of us busy”; said Wray.  “I am also looking forward to meeting members of the community and assisting them to the best of my abilities.”
