On March 11, 2020, the Township of Johnson implemented protocols for public access to the Township Office that will help limit the potential spread of COVID-19 and reflect the guidance provided by Algoma Public Health http://www.algomapublichealth.com/.

These new protocols will allow us to continue to deliver the high level of Building & Planning Services that is expected by our ratepayers. At this time how we deliver the services will change to better reflect social responsibility in our community.

The Township of Johnson would like to advise the public that we are going to maintain operations and will continue to offer Building and Planning services in accordance with our local and Provincial requirements.

Effective today, March 24, 2020, our Building & Planning Services will use temporary service measures that will provide options for the public to allow a modified process for drop off or electronic submission of Building Permit & Planning Applications.

Option 1 – Drop-off to the Township Office
You may complete your application and drop it off at the Township Office through the mail slot at the front door.

Option 2 – Electronic Submission
